Appellation Lodi - Wine & Roses Resort and Spa will transform the beloved Lodi resort, honoring its century-old legacy while embracing a culinary-first approach to hospitality.

Set on seven lush acres in the heart of California's "Zinfandel Capital," our newly renovated guest rooms will feature warm, artisanal touches reflecting Lodi's agricultural heritage. The hotel will showcase two signature Charlie Palmer restaurants–the newly-opened and local-favorite Maison Lodi, offering French-inspired baking in a classic California farmhouse, and Americana House, reimagining the historic Towne House Restaurant with seasonal, locally-sourced cuisine in a refined yet approachable setting.

With the continued partnership of longtime owners Russ and Kathryn Munson, we’ll thoughtfully expand upon its rich legacy—introducing culinary gardens that complement the lush landscape, unveiling Crafted at Appellation programming, establishing Wine & Roses Spa as a premier destination for wellness, and creating signature food and wine experiences that honor and celebrate our local makers.
